Salmon Rub

[This is a version of Tom Douglas Rub With Love salmon rub. He’s a Seattle boy, so you know it’s going to be great!]

This is a knock-off recipe for Tom Doulas Rub With Love for salmon

Ingredients ~

• 3 Tablespoons of firmly packed brown sugar
• 3 Tablespoons smoked paprika
• 2 teaspoons salt
• Fresh ground black pepper to taste
• 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme

Method ~

Rinse and pat dry the salmon, then lightly coat the filet with extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle on the salmon rub and gently cover the fish.
