Okay, I did a ‘Google Search’ on the phrase “100 Things You’ve Got To Do Before You Die” and I got something like 17,800,000 results.  Sheeeeesh!  We’d better get busy.  While most of the results were connected to things you must do before you die, there were some others.  For instance–and keep in mind the number wasn’t always ‘100’…

  • … Things You’ve Got To Do Before You … leave London;
  • … Things You’ve Got To Do Before You … go to L.A.;
  • … Things You’ve Got To Do Before You … Graduate;
  • … Things You’ve Got To Do Before You … turn 30;
  • … Things You’ve Got To Do Before You … turn 25;
  • … Things You’ve Got To Do Before You … get married;

Just try picking one of those and get crankin’ on the 100 things in that category and, well, you do the math–you’d better get crankin’.

Oh, and this was interesting:  in the search, I came across this headline:

“Dave Freeman, ‘100 Things To Do Before You Die’ Co-Author, Dies.”

(http://www.nowpublic.com/culture/dave-freeman-100-things-do-you-die-co-author-dies).

One might wonder how far he got.

In the spirit of the culinary bucket list, welcome to the growing list of “100 Restaurants You’ve Got to Eat At Before … Well, You Know…”

The list includes restaurants that I’ve eaten at from coast to coast, top to bottom and at least one sweet spot in Nerja, Spain.  As the list grows, I’ll give you information about the food, the service, the experience–all rather subjective, I know, but hopefully helpful.

So, step in, sit down, let’s eat…
