Paul’s Best Rhubarb Crisp

Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients ~  

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter (2 sticks), melted
  • 10 cups rhubarb, cut into ¾ inch pieces
  • 2 cups sugar

 Method ~

Combine the sugar, oatmeal, flour and melted butter. Stir until will mixed. Pour rhubarb into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle 2 cups of sugar over the rhubarb. Cover with the crust mixture.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
