Balsamic Vinaigrette

Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients ~

  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

Method ~

Blend all of the ingredients—except the olive oil in a medium sized bowl.  Once the ingredients are well blended, whisk in the oil until smooth.
