Company Potatoes

Ingredients ~

  • 1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Half & Half
  • 8 – 10 mashed potatoes
  • Garlic salt to taste
  • 2 T chives
  • 5-6 T butter
  • Paprika

Method ~  

Beat the cream cheese and sour cream and add to hot mashed potatoes.  Season with salt and fresh ground black pepper.  Spoon into a 2 quart casserole and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
