“The Casserole” Classic Hamburger, Noodle Hotdish

Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3-4 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large can tomatoes

Method ~~

Cook the noodles as per the package directions.  Brown the hamburger, add the chopped onion and sauté for 3 minutes.  Season with salt and pepper.  In a baking dish, combine the cooked noodles, hamburger, onion and tomatoes.

Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.  Serve with ketchup, horseradish and Worcestershire Sauce.
